Return and Refund Policy
Damaged Artwork
If an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by email or by calling 410-263-4100. We will arrange return shipping and initiate a shipping damage claim. The damaged artwork should be packed in the original carton with accompanying material. Replacement, if available, will be dispatched in return, or you may choose to receive a complete refund.
Store Credit with Seven-Day Approval
Artwork may be returned in same condition for store credit within seven (7) days of receipt. Exception: artwork sold as "as-is" may not be returned.
Cost of return shipping shall be borne by purchaser.
